We Got This.
As COVID-19 continues to impact the world, we’ve been inspired by the countless ways the Coach
community has shown up for each other during these challenging times.
Keeping everyone safe and connected is still our top priority—here are a few of the things we’ve
been doing differently that you should know about:
- While Coach stores in the United States and Canada remain temporarily closed, we now offer pickup and virtual shopping appointments at select locations in accordance with the guidance of local governments and public health organizations. Check your local store information here, and please call ahead to see if your store is offering this service.
- We’re extending our returns policy to 30 days after we reopen stores for both in store and online purchases (does not include customized items, and items must be in new or unused condition).
- Our distribution centers remain open, with additional health and safety measures in place. We’re so grateful to our logistics and distribution teams for their commitment and hard work that keeps our e-commerce business up and running—and those Coach packages swiftly on their way to you.
We are still here for you. You can always find us 24/7 at coach.com, where there is
free shipping and returns on any order. And you can engage with us on social, or talk
directly with Coach customer care here.
Our thoughts are with all of those who have been affected by COVID-19.
Keep taking care of yourself and each other.
Your Coach Family
SUPPORTING OUR HOMETOWN
New York City has been our home—and endless source of inspiration—since 1941. Right now, more than ever, we need to help one another—and we’re proud to give this city our support.
In the spirit of giving back and lifting up our community, The Coach Foundation—in partnership with Goldman Sachs and New York City—is a founding partner of NYC’s Small Business Continuity Fund to help the most vulnerable businesses affected by COVID-19. Today, we have committed $2 million to this fund to help the places and the people that make New York the vibrant and unique community it is today.
SUPPORTING OUR INDUSTRY
We wouldn’t be who we are today without the community that works tirelessly to keep our industry running. Right now, the COVID-19 pandemic is affecting the fashion industry at all levels—from suppliers to local retailers to distribution centers.
The Coach Foundation is proud to join forces with the Council of Fashion Designers (CFDA) and Vogue Fashion Fund’s A Common Thread—an initiative raising funds for those in the American fashion community who have been most affected by COVID-19.
Stay strong and trust in community—together, we’ll get through this.
